I was highly satisfied with the massage therapist! I don't like how the cost went up after I became a member (too high)!

The appointment was at 4pm. It started after 4pm, not by much. It ended promptly at 5pm.

I am pleased with my experiences at Hand and Stone, but am confused with how and what my membership covers and am more concerned with it changing to a points system. The massage experience was good and the therapist did well.

Would have liked to have spent more time on my back than face down. But to be fair I didn’t discuss this in advance.

The robe supplied to me was not large enough to close and cover my body as I walked from room to room.

Therapist asked what my needs were and we talked about my pain, however, she didn't massage my problem area. I went in with neck pain and my neck was never even massaged. We included biofreeze in the massage, but it was never massaged into my neck. In the end, I'm satisfied because David offered me a 25 minute massage to address my neck issue.

I was satisfied with my experience... there was no wow factor to deserve a highly satisfied rating.
