I guess a facial didn't seem worth the cost. I felt that the esthetition was very friendly but she talked too much and I just wanted to relax. I think I will try a massage next time.

I was hoping for more extraction and less massage. I wanted to know more about my skin and what, if anything, I should do that could assist with my face

I bring my granddaughter in for facials and do not agree with the $10 transfer fee when she uses one of my services.

I appreciated the effort of the receptionist to talk to me and tell me about the products and services but it felt like too much as I was trying to relax and prepare for my massage. Additionally, I have received aromatherapy before at the Littleton location and when I received it at the Arvada location it was much less. I had two inhales at the start of my massage and that's all I received. That was not worth the $10 for aromatherapy.

Very clean facility and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to relax during my facial, but also felt confident that the products she was using were going to clear my skin. My esthetician told me that I was beautiful; I've been to several different places recently and no one was as kind as she was!

My therapist was amazing can't wait till she learns how to do hot stone. I really like getting massages here it's just a bit far for my house. I would like to keep it up but it is an added expense plus I have to drive an hour to get there. Once I get there though it's always wonderful.

I rode my motorcycle to the appointment and listened to the receptionist tell about fatal motorcycle accident while I was waiting

Pricing is a little high for services and products. Would be highly satisfied if prices were more affordable. Or if membership discount was bigger and made more of a difference than just 2 or 3 dollars off of a 45 dollar product

Pricing structure is a little confusing.

My only issue is that we were charged an additional $10 per person ss we left because we had a couples massage. We used our membership but were never that by using the SAME ROOM we would be charged more than using 2 individual rooms. This was never mentioned in booking NOR was it mentioned when we signed up for our membership. It was frustrating.
