Had to switch therapists. Mine is better than substitute.

I don't mind being reminded about some things, I.e. My points and gift cards; I do not like feeling badgered as to when and how to use my points.

I felt like one email is plenty for reminders or one text

The therapist talked non stop for the entire appointment without any prompting. I asked for the pressure to be firm several times but she never increased the pressure.

The facial with Sophia was great and she spent more time than normal. But massage therapist smelled like onions or garlic. I said that I wanted medium pressure, and it was too deep and hurt. I asked to lighten pressure, and it still hurt some.

I was satisfied with my facial and Sophia was very knowledgeable. Prices of products are high - hopefully will like them and last a while.

The ease of making appts and actually doing something for myself. Its a good atmosphere and value.

I didn't love that you couldn't do couples massage in the same room without an increase in price. Didn't explain what more you'd be paying for other than the comfort of having the other person next to you. Therapist wrapped up in less than an hour.
