The facial I received was decent, but not a relaxing time. The employee made lots of noise unpackaging items and prepping materials after I was already in the room. She was somewhat rough with her applications and seemed to rush through. She was very friendly though. Also, you should consider investing in plus size robes. My robe would not close fully and left me exposed moving from the massage room to the facial room.

I didn'the feel that my aesthetician really wanted to be there. She was not unprofessional...just not the friendliest. At all of my other facials at other companies they at least do a head, neck/shoulder and hand massage in between the waiting periods during your facials. My aesthetician rinsed things in the sink instead which was not very relaxing to hear. Then she massaged my arms and hands for maybe 5min total but it was quick and hurried. I also wasn't sure if the gentleman who was at the front desk was the owner or not but he was talking to the receptionist about how much the heating bill was that month and asked her to dress warmer vs turning up the heatime. Just didn't seem that professional. Also, not during this visit but one of my previous ones, I noticed that there was hair on my pillows that the massage therapist brought to me and it made me wonder if your company changes linens in between clients.

I work several jobs and it is difficult to schedule massage times in advance, when I do try to book it takes several attempts.

I was told I could add my wife for $49 for an anniversary dual session. The only way for the appointment on our anniversary was to switch to the Broomfield location. Not only was my wife's massage 59 instead of the 49 I was told on the phone, the total extra charges were $50 that day. That seems like gouging, especially for a member.

There wasn't anything extra special to make me highly satisfied

I was satisfied with all employees including the massage therapist, esthetician, person who checked me in and out. Very customer focused. I get a massage or facial to relax and do not like the pressure of memberships.

I feel as though the manager, a male, was rude to the workers and not very nice. I felt bad for the government rose working behind the desk and the therapist.

I had 2 massages with 2 different therapists within the past week. The first therapist was fine, did a good job overall, but I felt like it wasn't targeted therapy where I needed it even though I told her about my injury. The 2nd therapist (Mia) was AMAZING! Not only did she pay close attention to my injury, but she really felt like a true therapist. I was really impressed with her knowledge, she spent extra time on my pain points, and we talked for a few minutes after my massage about what she can help me with next time and I really appreciated it. Overall I'm highly satisfied now that I've found Mia and I scheduled an upcoming 80 minute with her. I've also been to this location before for a couples massage with my husband and we felt that the essential oil for $10 wasn't worth it for the cost.
