Jenna is excellent

The staff is always great at the Arvada location. I rarely can book in advance if I do, I almost always have to cancel. So I frequently book via the cancellation list. I always get in quickly. Staff is always kind about my situation with young kids with special needs who’s needs can be emergent and change frequently. All therapists have been knowledgeable and super affective on my terrible back. It’s always worth my time and provides relief. I typically choose an enhancement to my membership which I really like especially the new CBD oils and theragun which are both huge additions to helping not be so sore yet get better relief. Very grateful to have such a competent service so close to home.

Karen is my therapist, who has limited availability due to her leadership role. She offered to schedule me later than her typical hours to accommodate my schedule. She is an excellent therapist, and provides exceptional customer service.

The environment was professional. I felt that the individual providing the service was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I agree with the recommendations for skin care going forward.

I had a new massage therapist, Karen , and she was fantastic. Although she does limited massages, I was able to book her for future massage.

Jenna is AMAZING!! I signed up for the membership because of her! I would recommend her to anyone. She is so friendly, professional, her service is without a doubt top-notch. She is such a perfectionist and she makes you feel so at ease. She is 100% AWESOME! Don't let her go!
