A pleasingly tranquil environment where all employees encountered were engaging and pleasant. The selection of services were excellent for a spa setting and results of my facial were a pleasant surprise.

Skin esthetician (Teresa) is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments are on time and products used are effective.

Karen was one of the very best therapists I have ever had. She has wonderful strength in her hands and I love a Deep massage. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed her company as well as her wonderful massage.

Kathy was very knowledgeable about the areas that bothered me.

Everything was great and it was very nice and relaxing. I was able to get a massage and facial and it was amazing! I would highly recommend coming back and referring others.

Rachael listened as I shared areas of my back that needed attention. She worked solely on those areas and quickly recognized and focused her massaging skills to loosen up my muscles. She is pleasant, very kind and attentive!

My Esthetician was great & very knowledgeable. The service received from Sophia was very professional & wonderful. I will return to Sophia at some point, she took care of my needs very well. However, I noticed the rude treatment towards Sophia from a lady whose name I do not know. She is tall, thin blond lady. I didn't like this lady’s unprofessional behavior towards Sophia on one of my appts. The negative atmosphere didn’t feel right, just noticed the improper and dismissive treatment towards Sophia. I felt that time my visit experience very sour. Also, I couldn't apply my credit towards the additional services done, so I had to pay additional balance instead of applying credit. This is the only reason I canceled my membership at this time. Hopefully will return to Sophia when times get better. Thank you Sophia for making my experience better with your knowledgeable information great service.
