Johanna knows my areas, but there has been a lot of turnover of my favorites. Front staff starting to recognize me. Membership program is terrible, need to be able to see account status and print it out from email, app or web. I am going to convert my membership to gift cards since it is the same price for a year and I get to know exactly what I have.

The desk staff was very welcoming. The massage therapist was thorough and focused on the areas I requested.

Tearza understood exactly how to address my specific issues. The pressure was perfect. The waiting area is always very pleasant. I’m always offered something to drink. My appointments start on time. Very happy customer. Just sad about therapist departures.
