Hand and Stone

I really appreciated that they worked with massage therapist to still get my husband in for an appt.

I always enjoy my massages when I take the time out of a busy schedule and Hand and Stone is good to work with me. Ron was excellent and gave me an excercise stretch that should help an issue I'm having with my right arm. I would like to use him next time.

The therapist did a very good job of working out stress. The therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. The staff was efficient.

Everyone is very friendly. Very comfortable ambiance. Very good prices for the services, I just thought the products you sell are kind of pricey.

My estitichian Jenna was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was incredibly relaxing. I am excited to use the products I decided to purchase. The front desk receptionist was very nice & the waiting room was very nice looking.

Everyone was very kind and no pressure. Many reviews mention how high pressure the receptionists are with signing up for the membership. I did not experience this at all. I was simply asked, I said no thank you, and we moved on. My appointment was on time and the service was performed quickly. The esthetician was very good about checking my comfort and explaining everything she was doing. I will return for my next service when needed.

Receptionists and spa service providers we're very knowledgeable about the services and they didn't push for additional services so I was comfortable for what I wanted.

Tearza, my therapist was knowledgeable and caring about my problem areas. The added touch of identifying stretches that would be helpful to me and teaching me proper methods was invaluable.

My massage time was perfect. My therapist focused on my problem areas, which were giving me much pain. She also applied increased pressure where necessary. The receptionist checking out was different than checking in and many times more friendly and helpful.
