Hand and Stone

All of the massage therapist I have had over the years have been very professional, understand the pressure I request and pay attention to any specific areas that need attention. The front desk staff is always enthusiastic and welcoming.

therapists are always on schedule, so I always know how much time to budget for the entire experience. this is so important for working people. Because I cant' really schedule too far in advance, I rarely can get the same therapist over and over, but it is very interesting to me that there are so many styles of massages, and I like that I have choices on some that are more aggressive for athletes, or more soothing for overall relaxation. I have not been disappointed by any of the female therapists I've had, and I think I've seen 6 different ladies, and 2 males. the males were not bad, I just realized i am more comfortable with a female.

This was a gift and I thoroughly enjoyed the employees of Hand and Stone, their warm greetings made me at ease. Tony did a wonderful massage too and i'll be back soon!

Everybody was really friendly and nice

The staff is really friendly and welcoming. They do a good job of offering products and upgrades without being pushy. Nice place for a decent massage. A little pricey compared to other places, especially with aromatherapy as an addional charge.

Everything was perfect

I ended up needing to modify my appointment booking made online, but there does not appear to be an option to cancel/modify. It was Christmas day so the studio was closed. They called back the next day, but would have been easier to be able to cancel online.
