Hand and Stone

I came in with pretty bad shoulder/neck pain that had been bothering me for about two weeks, following a muscle strain during a workout class. I explained the pain to my massage therapist, Garland, and he spent the entire massage focused on those problem areas. Though it was a deep-tissue massage, I never felt any pain during or any soreness the following day! By the end of the massage, the pain in my neck and shoulder area was COMPLETELY gone, which actually exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Garland to anyone I know in need of a deep tissue massage or struggling with pain.
