Hand and Stone

I've been to many other spas and Hand & Stone is by far the best in Houston!!! Highly recommend the rice village location and give them high marks with regard to staff, therapists, cleanliness, décor and massage. All of these combined are a must for my business! They are friendly are knowledgeable.

Quality of the massage, punctuality and ambiance of location.

I really love this hand and stone. Everyone I have talked to is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities are very nice and clean. My masseuse is also very nice and does a great job working out my knots.

My only complaint is that I had booked an appointment, received email and phone confirmations the day before, only to learn my appt has been cancelled when I arrived. The receptionist apologized, but did nothing else. I left the spa, but then listened to my voicemail again and went back to the spa, because I felt that it was not handled aggressively. Another receptionist was there and was able to get a therapist on break to provide a massage. So, while it ended well, it was only after I went back in, that the incident was raised to the next level.

It is very convenient. I like the option of the Himalayan salt massage . It is a pleasant and beneficial experience.

Meagan is amazing. She’s a great facialist. I had so Rome else prior that I didn’t care for.

Love the staff! It is a very comfortable and always fresh and clean!!

The receptionist was awesome! She listened & made an effort to search for times that fit my schedule. Lala did a great job on both of our services!
