Brittany was an amazing therapist. I will be booking an appointment with her next week.

They have a friendly booking and reception service. I usually receive a high quality massage. The location is convenient and clean.

I was able to get a last minute appointment with Mike yesterday. The receptionist told me he was fully booked and asked it I would like a call if anything should open up. Lucky for me he had a cancellation and I took the 6pm! Mike is a wonderful therapist! I will keep coming to the Rice Village Hand and Stone for the staff!

I think it’s very professional and the work done is good. I enjoy the membership because it gives me an affordable way to take care of my self with greater frequency.

The massage therapist was very attentive to the problem areas I mentioned in the beginning and spent most of the time focusing on those. He made sure to check-in occasionally to ask about pressure. Much of the tension I had been feeling was worked out through the massage.

I had a facial and massage and they were great! I will continue to book these services with the same people.

The reception staff are friendly and happy. Jaime is absolutely wonderful. Overall, it is always a positive and renewing experience.

The receptionists are always friendly during check-in and out at this location. Brittney is AMAZING, she always gets my knots out and they are not easy.The only thing is sometimes the music is too muzak. More flutes, easy listening would be good not elevator music.

My aesthetician Kay is excellent! Her knowledge and results have surpassed what I've received from any other spa location. The place is always so sweet and makes me feel comfortable when I show up for my appointments.
