I love my aesthetician Kay. She is one of the best I've ever been to, and she leaves my skin looking better than I ever expect. I will continue to come to Hand & Stone as long as she's there! Also, I wish I knew their names, but the woman who booked my appt--and the woman who checked me in and out--are also fantastic assets to this location. They are so friendly and both went out of their way to help me and make me feel welcome. It's like coming to a friend's home--warm and welcoming, not stuffy. The only thing missing is a relaxation room and a cozy robe! :)

Brittney was great and I loved the himalyan salt massage!

I come in for facial every month. I like to relax during that 1 hour. Most of the estheticians are great and knowledgeable but I feel they should massage the face a little too. A facial is not just about extractions and face pack. I would love it if they massage the face for some time too. It helps the skin feel better and alive.

The ladies at the front desk always make me feel welcome and are interested in my needs and opinions. My massage therapist, Liz Rios, is awesome and I always feel relaxed and pampered when after my massage. All round great experience.

The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful when you walk in and leave. The massage therapist are sure to ask questions to make sure you are comfortable. My massage therapist made sure to wotk on the problem areas that I stated at the beginning. Everything was excellent. I always look forward to coming here and relaxing.

Jamie was a fantastic esthetician who listened to all my concerns about my skin and was able to tailor everything to my exact needs. When I walked out my skin looked completely fresh and new. Loved it.
