I had a very good massage experience with Lesley. She asked me about specific needs, showed me the emergency alert button and I left feeling very relaxed with the cob oil used. I also got a mini cold stone face enhancement that was very refreshing. I always enjoy my massage visits at H&S.

The reception area is warm and inviting, receptionist friendly/professional, and the coconut water was refreshing. And this area smells heavenly! The therapist focused on upper and lower back as requested. The therapist used the exact amount of pressure as requested.
