Overall the experience at Avery Ranch as been great. At first we had issues with the monthly payments and clarity around how I'm charged double at times. I take responsibility for not being more informed myself. I'm happy to say that I have started the monthly membership. Both my massage and facial therapist are the best specialists I could ask for, and the ambiance and cleanliness of the area never disappoints.

Laurel is a lovely aesthetic. She is gentle and caring and makes you feel like you are a very important person. I love how she explains the process and what products she is using to address various skin issues.

My therapist Julie is the best. She knows how to work on the tense spots on my back. And is a genuinely nice person

The staff at the receptionist desk were pleasant and efficient in the checking in and out process. The massage therapist did an amazing job. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge as well as her technique. Overall, it was relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Charity is amazing!!

I love making Hand and Stone part of my self-care routine. I wish the points system was easier to track and would send me notifications when I have available points to use, like Walgreens does when you type in your Zip Code at checkout, but other than that, I am very pleased with my experience. I do feel like staff could have done better when I have pre-booked appointment and staff leaves or moves on, to notify those people who have booked so they can book with a new therapist. This happened when bella left and when Danner left, no one called to tell me they did. Only when I called to confirm, did they tell me I would need to re-book with a new therapist. Other than that, I am very pleased with my monthly deep tissue massages with Charity and my every/other month facials with Shweta. She's the best!

Having a monthly membership charge at this price keeps me coming back to take care of myself. They treat me like they care and welcome me with friendliness.

Laurel is always incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She pays attention to what is needed and always takes time to make me feel comfortable. Leslie was also amazing. Great experience! 10/10

I am not one to provide a review for services or products rendered, but I have been coming to the Avery Ranch Hand and Stone location for over a year and they have the absolute best esthetician I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Joel is by far not only extremely knowledgeable but she provides a comprehensive and exceptional experience every time I see her. My skin looks amazing and I cannot even find the words to express how wonderful Joel is! As an added bonus her neck and shoulders massage is out of this world! I seriously look forward to my facial monthly visits!!
