I’ve never had a bad experience with my esthetician Laurel. Been getting facials for about 6 years in different states and none compare to her facials. Me and my significant other both love our estheticians. Hers is Jenny. We look forward to our monthly facials and hate when we have to leave the place. I’d recommend this place to anyone, but we don’t know that many people.

Laurel was very personable and did a great job explaining the facial process as she was performing the facial. My skin definitely felt cleaner, plumper, and refreshed! I look forward to my next facial!

Staff was extremely friendly. The waiting area and the room were both extremely clean. The amount of products on display definitely met my needs. The cost is unfortunately out of my price range but will definitely return when I have the ability to. The knowledge the masseuse had was very comforting and made me feel comfortable in asking any questions.

Laurel is highly knowledgeable. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and like my skin is glowing. I have very sensitive skin and rosacea and my skin quality has never been better after her services.

The service was good. When I have had facial waxing done at nail salons, my face is numb for a couple of days after and the removal is uncomfortable. There was no discomfort at Hand & Stone and my skin was smooth and soft following waxing.
