I love Jenny and the front staff!

My massage therapist, Leslie, is very good at helping me with my problem areas. She has given me recommendations to try t home to help with problem areas between visits. The receptionist is always friendly and welcoming when I come in and is helpful when trying to schedule future appointments. Love my time at Hand and Stone!

I was fortunate enough to have found Jackie, again; with whom I had been most satisfied for her experience, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. Unfortunately for me, when she returned from her leave of absence, I had to move to Utah, having missed her ever since; even though I have had massage therapy in Utah. I am sure Hand and Stone has a fair share of excellent Massage Therapists, but so-far, my best experiences, both here, in California and Utah, have been with Jackie. Thank-you Hand and Stone for having such wonderful therapists as Jackie.

Jenny and Shweta are the absolute best. Give them a raise, give them all the raises. They deserve it!

I was extremely happy with Malissa my massage therapist. She made me feel relaxed and he environment was very calming. I experienced great customer service at the facility.

BELLA is amazing

The onlline appointment scheduling is not effective for me. I tried, but will call the store now because it takes me less time --more time for them. Laurel was gracious, friendly and very professiona. I'll book her again. I'm sure it's because of it's hard to find additional staff, but trying to book a massage is next to impossible for an appt. within in 10 days of looking.

The reception staff was very friendly. The wait was very short, and they made sure I was comfortable. The women who did my facial is amazing, very friendly, and created a relaxing experience.

Excellent customer service!

I got very lucky finding an appointment. Seems therapists are booked out. Over powering smell in waiting area. Would be good to tone that down. I recieved multiple emails saying I needed to complete paperwork about pre natal and oncology. I said I wasn't pregnant and didn't have cancer but there wasn't a Not Applicable button.
