Very clean and friendly once i walked in. It was nice to see my name on the white borad. Their coconut water was amazing. Room was clean and peaceful. Schwerta the esthetian who did my facial was very kind and make me feel welcome. Love that she understood me even though i just meet her for the 1st time.. Can't wait to see her again.

I already provided 'highly satisfied' in all questions. I have been a member for several years now. The friendliness of the staff and the knowledgeable service from the masseuse brings me back to HANDS AND STONE. I think you need to shorten your servay. It is much too long.
