My service was prompt and relaxing my esthetician as knowledgeable and friendly.

During my service the esthetician made sure I felt comfortable and had knowledge of the type of products she was using. She made sure to offer product recommendations to maintain the results.

I had a great experience yesterday at Hand & Stone with Jane being my esthetician. She is very knowledgeable and gives you the right advise for your skin. She was very gentle with her hands. . The person sitting at the reception was very courteous and friendly. I had a relaxing experience yesterday.

The receptionists were very friendly, but they were slammed busy when I came in. Perhaps shift booking and check out times by a few minutes for better flow? Jenny was absolutely magical - easy to talk to, knowledgeable, kind, professional. I have this membership specifically because of Jenny's skillset.

This was my first ever facial and I upgraded to a microdermabrasion not knowing what to expect. Jane, the esthetician, explained the different facials and their purposes which was very helpful to me. I enjoyed my overall experience and felt comfortable and welcomed from the minute I walked in until I left and felt highly satisfied with my treatment. I decided to sign up for the spa membership as I am newly retired and believe I deserve the reward to myself for self care enjoying messages and facials on a routine basis. I value the moto of restore, relax and refresh and hope to try out each of the services available at Hand & Stone. My experience was better than I expected.
