From the moment I arrived in the salon, I felt valued as a client. Promptness, efficiency, knowledge and friendliness are adjectives to describe all staff I encountered.

Nice location although there is usually not enough parking b/c of other stores, but that just means I walk a bit, which is fine. Jenny is awesome for facials.

Everyone is professional and welcoming. It's fairly easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule. Close to my home so that's a bonus. :)

My visit to Hand & Stone was very nice. The spa looked and smelled very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Jackie my massage therapist was amazing and I really enjoyed my facial with Ashlyn. Both therapist were very friendly and professional and made me feel very relaxed. Can’t wait to come back.
