I paid for massages , couldn’t use them because I had to book a month out to get the good therapist who then left days before my appointment (I tried another therapist- she was not good energy and pretty clearly has some social skill challenges) so I have all these credits because I purposely didn’t cancel during the pandemic so the place would have rent money - and now my deep tissue massage increased in price! Now that’s frustrating because I was paying for that massage and now that I paid the rate- but had to wait to use my credit s due to these other reasons- I’m being charged more . Nope - I’m using the credits and canceling . It’s really too expensive now. I even advanced my therapist on tips at the start of the pandemic trying to help keep everyone afloat (thats evened out now) but I feel a little stiffed. I get that prices have to be raised to compensate for lost money but not after I paid for the service . That’s not cool. I was excited to finally find a new great therapist but again - too pricy now

It was very easy to make an appointment. Then, when I found out I was pregnant and called H&S, they were very knowledgeable about services they could perform based on my pregnancy. During the massage, Jesse was very accommodating and helped target my sore areas while being cognizant of what she could/couldn’t do because of my pregnancy.

Jenny was terrific. Friendly professional and did excellent work.
