The front desk team was friendly, professional, and just lovely to be around. Jenny was AWESOME! She is so knowledgeable, nurturing, and explained what she was doing and how it would benefit my skin. She also showed me which products to get and educated me on how to use them. I signed up for a membership because of her. I had a wonderful experience and will be back next month. The overall experience was very pleasant and safe. My esthetician was very professional and friendly, giving me many tips of care for my skin.

I can honestly say that this was the best massage I have ever received. Ever! And my first professional massage was in 1986. For me, most therapists have had trouble finding the line between firm and ever-humbling deep tissue (no thanks). Julie was perfect! The pressure was perfectly firm and consistent throughout. She was very knowledgeable and thorough! Invigorating, and relaxing at the same time. Already re-booked. 5 Stars!

The ease of booking over the phone. Upon arrival we were greeted quickly and were brought back to our rooms quickly. My aesthetician was wonderful.
