The location works well. The staff is fantastic. And, the ambience is perfect.

It can be difficult to get in an appointment, you book up so fast but every service is a delight and I felt safe and I will be back soon

I hesitate to answer this as I think Jane is an absolute rock star & do not want it to get harder to get into see her! She is extremely knowledgeable, gives honest & helpful feedback, is completely thorough on all treatments, has a wonderful touch, makes my "me time" completely relaxing, and is professional and very friendly. She also remembers (or perhaps takes really great notes & refers to them before each appt) my skin treatments & issues from months ago - as well as a couple personal issues I've shared. She really makes this special treatments & time for me worth the money my husband dislikes that I spend! :-)

I really enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone because the facial is very relaxing and my skin always feels so fresh afterwards. I love the membership because I can go back every month and receive discounts on certain products.

I was very impressed with the reception staff’s friendliness. I felt very welcome. My esthetician was AMAZING! She pampered me and I told her I felt like a Kardashian! My facial was so relaxing!

I wasn't sure what to expect with a Facial. I was very satisfied with the esthetician during the entire experience. She educated me throughout the process and kept me informed of what she was doing and what to expect. She finished the experience with advise on what to look for in my skin care products. Excellent experience. An asset to the company.

Considering Covid, I felt as comfortable as possible coming in for a massage. Then the process of checking in and getting to the massage room was quick. Then, Ms. Jessie was terrific, asking what I needed and adjusting pressure in the most professional and caring manner. I will rebook with Jessie.
