It is very easy to book an appointment, and I appreciated the discount for my first visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to relax and thoroughly enjoyed my service.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. It was my first time visiting a hand and stone and I would revisit but, not in Austin due to me living in houston and I was just visiting. I wish the therapist would have massage my arms and legs but he only did my feet lower back and shoulders. I went in for a prenatal massage.

It was my first time to visit Hand and Stone and it has been many years that I had a facial. Ashlin was amazing, kind, professional and answered my questions on maintenance. I look forward to seeing her in 4 to 6 weeks!

I'm highly satisfied with the expertise and skill level of Charity. Which is why I come back every time. She's able to alleviate the pain in my shoulders and in my calves. I trust her to work on any areas that have knots and she focuses on them until the knots are removed.

I liked that I was offered the option to add hot stones with my massage but not just do hot stone bc I really needed to get deep pressure for my knots and aches.

When calling and booking my appointment, Daniel was very friendly and professional. Checking in for my massage was quick and easy and Daniel was very friendly. Dannie my massage therapist was amazing. She did a great job helping me relax. And I loved her massage technique.

I love Ashlyn, and will keep coming back as long as she is there.

Jessica was AMAZING!!! I had just come from having to help a beloved pet cross over the rainbow bridge, and her calm, caring, knowledgeable, and exceptional massage was a huge help. My stress level disappeared, and it provided a safe place not to have to think or care about anything. I have not dozed off during a massage since 2016, and before Jessica had even moved on from my back, I was already apologizing for snoring. (she made sure I knew it didn't matter and it was ok) Thank you, Jessica, for holding space while I could fully relax and enjoy our session!
