The facility is welcoming, clean and calm, reception staff friendly & efficient. The esthetician is knowledgeable, warm, gentle, caring, offered possible upgrades for my skin type and what benefit. I did select one. Checkout easy with friendly staff. Def will return and recommend to friends. Gift cards on my Santa list.

The ambience of this location is everything. The front desk girls are so friendly. My aesthetician Katie is very experienced and so knowledgeable about the products. I’ll definitely continue to have my facials and massages done at this location

Hand and Stone provides a high quality service at a reasonable price. I have a favorite massage therapist, who is excellent, but when she is not available, others are also quite good. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Only complaint is that the Starbucks next door tends to generate a lot of traffic making parking at the site difficult sometimes.

As soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted by the ladies working the front desk. The lady who did my facial was very nice and made me feel very welcomed. She talked me through the facial and was very knowledgable. The only thing I was disappointed about was the product that was recommended to me was not available at the store.

Learned a lot from therapist about stretching and muscle structure. Massage eased soreness in neck and shoulders. Would prefer a bit more pressure.

Gentle treatment of sensitive skin. Walked out without hardly any redness. Welcoming atmosphere.

H&S provides a high quality experience that easily fits in my schedule. I have been very pleased with the membership.
