I was very happy with the level of cleanliness and attention to mask wearing at this location. I’ve been to other locations that didn’t have such rules and I felt uncomfortable and haven’t been getting my monthly massages because of that. I’m happy I found this location and will be returning.

The facial was amazing. Loved it. The person who did the facial was fantastic. The massage was disappointing. It did not last the full hour. It was 40 min at best. I was done at 2:52 and I started at past 2:10.

I really enjoyed my facial. The esthetician was excellent and gave me a wonderful facial. She made me want to come back more regularly and keep working on my skin. She made me feel like she could help me feel better about the way I look.

Make it easy to ensure I can make an appointment. I have added on services with ease. Location is perfect.

The experience at Hand and Stone Chatham was flawlessly executed. The reception was welcoming. As I waited for my appointment the waiting area was relaxing. I was offered both water and tea. My masseuse Anna is a fantastic therapists. I always leave relaxed and pain free.

I have constantly been impressed by the reception staff and my massage therapist Marta. Marta is highly knowledgeable, gives great suggestions and answers all my questions. I appreciate the after-care such as gently letting me know the massage is finished, leaving me a wet and dry towel to clean myself up before putting on clothes, and how clean the room is before my appointment. Will always book my massages with Marta! Thank you to reception for always being friendly and professional. I am always relaxed as soon as I walk through the door and appreciate the little things like being offered water and a chance to use the restroom.
