Everything that was done during the facial was explained to me when i asked. Some of the procedures were still new to me so I was grateful I knew what to expect. It was a most relaxing facial and I booked future appointments with the same person.

The facility is clean, modern, and appealing. The front dest personnel are friendly, patient, and knowledgable. My massage therapist, Margaret, was excellent!

I really enjoy my H&S membership. It's a little thing I give myself. Just a couple of things in general. 1. It would be great to have a room to re-enter the world after the massage or facial. It can be jarring to be shunted out immediately! 2. Bring more clarity to the "packages" especially in the facial. I'm often presented with these at the beginning of the facial & I don't know what's available to me and the cost when I'm supposed to be relaxing. These should be presented before I go in or provided with a card of available services and their cost or if they're free and how much they add to the final bill/tip.

George is a great massage therapist. He sets a relaxing environment and uses appropriate pressure during the massage.
