The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The area was clean. The therapist was able to help me with my issue and help me relax.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I guess it was complicated getting my credits transferred over from Livingston and even though the Livingston manager never sent them, the staff were helpful and handled the situation for me completely. Both my masseuse and my aesthetician were amazing. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism at this location and even joined because of that

I find Hand and Stone at Chatham to be excellent in every way! The entire facility is clean and modern looking. The rooms are inviting. My therapist, Gina, is the best! Her massages are professional, relaxing and couldn't be better! The reception desk is friendly and efficient.
