I’m a member and I really enjoy coming for my massages with Jackie. She always asks me how I’m doing and what areas I feel stiff and what I want her to work on . She always does a fantastic job!!

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Massage therapist brought me right in, we discussed my issues and areas to focus on and he was great! Checked in several times to make sure pressure etc was comfortable. Answered my questions. No complaints!

Victoria was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and explained everything. She did not try to push products on me, she made suggestions but was respectful and not overly pushing product. The reception area was a different story. First of all there were like 4 (maybe 5) girls sitting there talking and on their phones. Poor management - their phone should not be in their face while working or customers present. They pushed "full court press" the membership and you could see the one girl who said nothing give the "eye" to the girl talking to me in a sort of try again when I said I wasn't interested in the monthly membership. That information is LITERALLY written everywhere. Unless you are blind, you see it. If you ask me if I am interested and I say no .. don't ask me again … and again. And then tell me how many points I am giving up by not doing it now. No means no … an be applied here as well. Even if I might have considered a membership, that type of pressing a customer has the opposite effect in my opinion. I would not have purchased a membership for even half price with that much pressure.

I love this Hand and Stone location, everyone who works there is very friendly. George is fantastic at massage. The waiting room is comfortable.
