My original appointment was canceled as my massage Therapist was sick and I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment with Krystal. I would like to know how to use my reward points.

The massage was wonderful.

The massage therapist provided me with the massage I wanted. It ended too soon! The receptionist was friendly.

I really like everything about the service, and the friendliness of the staff. There is a bit of noise from the hallway that can be disruptive. Otherwise everything is great.
