My massage therapist was excellent, he worked on my back and shoulders with exactly the pressure I wanted. He asked me about the temperature of the massage table and the Himalayan salt rocks. He also recommended different treatments for my next visit.

Points earned and packages are very confusing. Staff is not great about explaining the details. I find that if I ask direct questions I get answered but details are not offered.
