It took me years to find a massage therapist who had exactly the right 'touch' and, once I found Cassie, I will be a customer as long as she's with Hand & Stone. Her abilities are the main reason I maintain my membership. I appreciate the cleanliness of the spaces and have only ever had 2 issues with the spa - the music choices can sometimes be jarring and the tables are majorly uncomfortable for a well-endowed female - think trying to lay flat on a hard table with 2 half-inflated soccer balls attached to your chest. In spite of both of those things, I always enjoy the relaxation and pain relief I received during my massages.

Ronnie is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable, kind, and does an amazing job every time.

Reception is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Dixie is my massage therapist and she is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive in her treatment of my concerns. I appreciate the experience very much.

I was able to get a massage booked with a therapist I wanted, at a time I wanted. The staff was friendly with letting me know they had earlier availability to do my massage but made it clear if moving it earlier would not work that it was alright, I was happy to move up the time. Staff was friendly upon walking in and leaving. The therapist I saw is amazingly insightful and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jackie is amazing. She has a wonderful touch, and addresses all of my concerns. She is very professional, but, also very personable.

Peyton is great! She always addresses all of my skin concerns, even when they are minor. She recommends products and treatments but I never feel pressured to spend money just to bump up a sale. I see real results after getting regular facials. I also see results from the products suggested to me.
