Just one small tip. It is a shame about your door getting kicked in. I think you should move the tip jar off the counters as I recently saw these being stolen at both The CNE and from vendors at the Harbourfront centre during events. It is hard to point fingers at any problems because you run a good service and the people are all delightful who work there. I am aware of the cost increases though and understand your supplies/labour are obviously going up as well...

Kristen is an excellent esthetician. Ever since I started to see her, my skin has transformed. Her advice is also invaluable. She is always very helpful and gives practical, balanced advice. It never feels like an upsell, but a genuine concern for her clients.

The therapist is an excellent professional. She knows her job very well and provides the right environment to relax and enjoy the service. She also provided advice post-service to aid with the pain.

Nicklaus is always incredibly professional and really takes the time to listen to any focus areas I identify and uses his knowledge to tailor the experience to ensure maximum benefit.
