Hand and Stone

Very relaxing experience. Friendly staff. Overall very satisfied with my visit.

The staff were welcoming. My therapist pleasant, knowledgeable and I felt as though my massage was catered to my needs. She made suggestions that would assist with my ailments, which I thought was above and beyond my expectations.

The therapist was very professional and he did an excellent job to release my body stress.

The appointment was easy to book, receptionists were friendly and the massage therapy itself was great. In the middle of my session I heard a fairly loud sink noise for about 10 minutes, that was a little distracting.

The massage therapist Symone knew exactly where the problem areas were. However the lobby area was small and felt cluttered and wasn't very relxing/ambient.

I personally don't like getting massages but once I got a massage at this place, I started liking it. I went to another massage place and the technique, pressure, and over all aspect of it was uneventful. So i'm pleased with the professionalism and skills of both staff and RMT. Special thanks to Helen, Javier and Maxin. :)

You're doing great. The only thing I would change is make it easier to book an appointment online.

This is my first visit to hand &Stone. I was just walking by and attracted its cleanliness and purifying ambience. My questions and concerns were all answered professionally by the receptionist. They performed high quality massage ....place I would recommend.

I love that Hand and Stone is close to my home, and the staff is amazing. What I don't like is that there is no online booking function - I need to send an email through the website and then go back and forth with the spa to nail down a time. Why don't you have a function to put all booking online? Would save so much time.
