The moment I picked up the phone to the end of my appointment was a very pleasant experience. The only suggestion I can think of is for the massage therapist to recommend any follow up appointments if necessary. Overall, it was a great experience and great value for the price!

Dan was absolutely incredible! He knew exactly what to do! He is definitely my go to guy when getting a massage. The atmosphere overall is very relaxing. Love the fact that there is no hovering from any of the employees. Keep up the good work!

This was my first facial at a Hand & Stone, but my second treatment (I visited a Hand & Stone in Peterborough for a massage). I found the staff at both places amazing! So friendly, knowledgable, welcoming and positive. To be truthful, I never thought about going to a spa for treatments such as these. I usually find solo RMT's or aestheticians who know exactly what I want and are able to meet those needs - especially for my face. However, my facial experience at the Hand & Stone Dan Leckie was amazing! It far surpassed my expectations of a "Spa Facial". I will definitely be returning to this location again! Now (if you are in fact reading all these words!!!) I only went to this location to buy Dermalogica products! I am switching from RVB and have had 1 Dermalogica facial before and was impressed with the products and how my face responded. The staff were so knowledgable and made me feel so assured of this, I booked a facial for the next day! I also signed up to be a member!! And truthfully, I couldn't me more excited about this. Also, I spent 500$ in 2 days at this Hand & Stone and couldn't say NO to all those points!!! Looking forward for my next appointment. THANKS HAND & STONE!

had nothing to complain about everything went well and everyone working was super friendly and the massage itself was great, maybe a little more on the feet next time but I could of asked.

I had my first facial by Maxine at the Dan Leckie way location and she was wonderful. She explained the service, the products and made me feel so comfortable. She was so friendly and has an amazing personality. I have already recommended her to my family and friends. Due to my experience with her, I got the membership.
