Massage was awesome. The RMT was very professional. Asked about preferences.

Jarrod seems very knowledgeable and concerned for patient's welfare. He asks several questions to determine if there are any issues with patient.

My therapist is perfect for my needs. I want to clarify my answe regard products. I selected my answer because I wasn't interested in products and so didn't look, not because of any lacking in the spas part.

I had an amazing time at the Hand And Stone Dan Leikie Way. The staff was so friendly and helpful! An the reseptionist was great. He was so helpful!

I booked last minute. There was no problem accommodating my request. The massage therapist listened to my aches and pains and treated accordingly. She had "good hands". The receptionist explained their lifestyle program, and didn't push it on me. Said it is there if I want it. That's good. I hate it when one is too pushy. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back .

Maria did a great job in the massage/ she targeted the right areas needed for my treatment

Massage therapist was very friendly and professional. My only feedback was that it was quite loud with hallway chatter and other room chatter during my massage which was distracting to the relaxing vibe. Otherwise very satisfied!
