Everything was great except the massage therapist I was supposed to be with was home sick and so I was teamed up with someone who was not an RMT.

I love the cookies and tea, they're an excellent detail. The receptionist was really knowledgeable and knew the RMT's well enough that when I requested firmer RMT's she knew exactly who to schedule me with. I've been satisfied with both who she's booked me with. RMT's are very professional and great at establishing a therapeutic relationship. Thanks!

Harsha is an amazing massage therapist -- he's incredibly knowledgable and always goes out of his way to make sure I'm relaxed

My RMT was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really worked out the knots and tension in my problem areas (specifically upper back and neck). He also showed me effective stretches to prevent my neck and shoulder pain in the future.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. The RMT made a sincere effort to customize my experience to suit my needs. I have already booked my return visit.

The questions asked really covers it all. In terms of products, i understand the question being any of the dermatologist products found at the reception, which i put neither satisfied pr disatisfied because i wasnt interested in purchasing any product
