Hand and Stone

Ever since I've started coming to hand and stone, I've seen tremendous improvements in my body and I am so pleased and grateful. Also, the staff, the atmosphere, the location...everything about this place is amazing and I have already recommended it to my family and friends! Thank you!!!!!!

Everyone was so lovely. The receptionist was super helpful. I love the membership ! Harsha is great!

Jared was informative. He constantly checked to ensure he was applying proper pressure and such. Gave a very good firm massage.

Jared was excellent. He was highly knowledgeable and I walked out feeling much better. I'll definitely be returning.

Staff were very welcoming, despite the delay. I would suggest not booking people back to back, if you are going to offer last minute extensions to massage bookings. It is not fair to have the next patron wait because the patron that came before them, decided to add a last minute extension to their massage. Perhaps if there is a little gap between bookings, you can still offer those last minute extensions while keeping later appointments on time. Otherwise, very pleased with the service at Hand and Stone!

I have previously gone to Bodyworks in Toronto and I was dissatisfied with the service there so I hadn't gone for a massage for months since then but I always saw the billboards for the introductory visit at Hand & Stone on my way home from work so I decided to give it a try! I was really impressed by the deep tissue massage by Mary and I honestly felt amazing the rest of the day!!!

Everyone at the Dan Leckie location is great. Always very friendly and willing to provide assistance. Can't wait to book my next service :)

I am someone who is quite anxious and I felt very safe and cared for during this visit. The RMT that provided my massage was really great at what he does and it helped me to work through many physical tensions that I'm dealing with.

Excellent customer service, plus chocolates, tea, and cookies in the waiting area!
