I was very satisfied, but striving for prefection is an ongoing journey :)

Don't like pushy marketing.

It was satisfactory.

Mostly the rooms are small which are largely due to the location being inside a condo building. The head rest that is attached to the massage table needs to be adjustable.

The massage therapist did my leave a hot towel in the room at the end of the massage for me to wipe off the excess oil, also the oil used on me was cold also It would have been nice to have a towel placed on my eyes during the massage. Lastly the massage therapist didn’t ask if the pressure she used was okay or not, she also didn’t massage my feet at all when I asked for a full body massage

I would've liked a hot / heated blanket because it was quite cold in the massage room and I felt cold through the entire massage

Multiple membership price increases and I was not notified of them in advance

I have not seen obvious improvement after my facial visit. And for the massage visit, it’s just too gentle and not have some impact on my painful area.

No reason

I have been for a facial before and the previous esthetician used different products (I.e. there was no exfoliation scrub used in this treatment). While the mask was drying usually the esthetician will give an arm/hand massage and I did not receive that either.
