Therapist finished at 10:49 for my 10am app. I changed the clothes at the start of 10 am and wait maybe 5 mins for him to come in. Which makes my appointment time 44mins.

The treatment itself was very good. The person doing it was friendly and nice but nearly $210 for a 1-hour facial was absolutely excessive. It is not a spa area where you're getting water treatments and that kind of thing. It is just strictly one hour treatment.

I was very satisfied, but striving for prefection is an ongoing journey :)

Don't like pushy marketing.

It was satisfactory.

Mostly the rooms are small which are largely due to the location being inside a condo building. The head rest that is attached to the massage table needs to be adjustable.

The massage therapist did my leave a hot towel in the room at the end of the massage for me to wipe off the excess oil, also the oil used on me was cold also It would have been nice to have a towel placed on my eyes during the massage. Lastly the massage therapist didn’t ask if the pressure she used was okay or not, she also didn’t massage my feet at all when I asked for a full body massage

I would've liked a hot / heated blanket because it was quite cold in the massage room and I felt cold through the entire massage

Multiple membership price increases and I was not notified of them in advance

I have not seen obvious improvement after my facial visit. And for the massage visit, it’s just too gentle and not have some impact on my painful area.
