I was satisfied and everything was as I expected... nothing wrong w service

The last customer took a long time to leave the treatment room. Hence my appointment started 15 min later.

The available time of RMT is too limited. I prefer a time after 5pm however it's always booked out even 3 weeks ahead. I can't coordinate my time with RMT schedule

Overall, I like Hand&Stone, just my last visit wasnt so great. Little product used on certain areas; also noticed linen covering the headrest is very rough; hot towel not offered

I feel this location books up really fast. Quick appointments are hard to get because I work days so can only do later appointments. like a little more pressure but I was very sore so hesitant to ask for more pressure… unfortunately the knot in my back was back the next day so I regret not getting more pressure. That’s more on me than the attendant .

Hand and Stone is good - a little pricey and a little too much corporate feel. I would like it if I could automatically deduct my insurance from when I pay up front.

Need higher quality products

I have been coming to hand and stone since a while now but not once I got any rashes this time I was rashly and itchy a lot . Plus I booked last 2 times for lavender aromatherapy and got eucalyptus if it’s not available it should be told first at the time of booking. Also the receptionist offered me the valentines offer without her knowledge of exactly what the offer was and then apologized that she can’t do it cause the offer wasn’t that one that she initially pitched.
