Hand and Stone

I had a great experience at Hand and Stone with Sebastian as the massage therapist. The atmosphere was calming, and the massage therapist's expertise showed as he worked on the areas I needed treatment. I left the session feeling fantastic and am glad to share my feedback here!

The membership options are flexible, the individuals at the front desk were friendly and helpful in explaining plans and options. I was also able to book same week appointment

The online booking system does not show all of the availabilities for the staff. I usually booked with Symone - but his availability online differs from reality. Instead I started to go to another hand and stone location because I assumed that I couldn’t get appts to see him that worked with my schedule. When I finally was able to book with Symone - he recommended that I call in the future because the receptionist can find more space.

Always had good experiences here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and relaxing environment. Maggie is an excellent RMT, always does an excellent job and has helped with problem areas a lot.

I thought it was pretty good, maybe I expected too much from how much a single massage could help but I thought it was very helpful. The ambiance was very relaxing, the therapist was thoughtful and considerate, I had a great time.

Nicklaus was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he addressed my specific concerns and recommended areas to focus on based on these concerns. For example legs due to lower back tension.

Staff is very friendly and always feel welcomed and the timing of the massage treatment is perfect.
