Hand and Stone

I have been coming to hand and stone since a while now but not once I got any rashes this time I was rashly and itchy a lot . Plus I booked last 2 times for lavender aromatherapy and got eucalyptus if it’s not available it should be told first at the time of booking. Also the receptionist offered me the valentines offer without her knowledge of exactly what the offer was and then apologized that she can’t do it cause the offer wasn’t that one that she initially pitched.

I gave my comments on this already.

Felt massage pressure could have been better. Massage therapist did not play music or otherwise have an ambiance in the room.

get what you pay for. added the feet therapy extra for $25. Wasn't worth it. Not what i though it would be

It was good value for money overall priot but less so now though since prices have increased $20 per massage for members in 2024

I think overall I was satisfied. The massage itself was a bit different than any other I’ve had. It wasn’t bad but it was great either.

Two price increases in memberships in last little while. Put membership on hold and auto charged instead of courteously to ask if I wanted to start back up. Cancellation policy is bad that it takes two more credits. Never answer the phone ever at Dan leckie location. Online booking wouldn’t let me update my expired credit card or add it as a new credit card so couldn’t book online properly.

I understand that sometimes things run a little late. But most importantly, I didn’t like the fact that, after my massage, my face had an imprint from where my face was lying in the face cradle, and that was very embarrassing. There should be some kind of a softer product on the face so I don’t leave imprints so it does not leave imprints in my face.

The last two massages have started late and ended early. I did report it to front desk after the second time and she added ten extra minutes to the next session
