Nothing negative to report. Highly recommend services here, very friendly staff and easy to make an appointment.

1, appointments are hard to make with preferred therapists 2, some of therapists could not hold standards like others 3, prices kept moving up with the same services, but why?

The massage therapist did a great job and the pressure was perfect, I was relaxed and felt a lot better at the end of my massage

Need something better service wise

There is always room to be better and provide better service. For example, I wish that there were more female therapists available. There is currently I think none that are available in the evenings. Also would like that therapists asked if it is ok to put oil on hair. Or would be nice to have some diffusers in the room for aromatherapy experience. Last time the aromatherapy oil was applied to hair - that’s all. Also I think a few last times there was no music in the room.

The cost is a little high and there is not much availability of a preferred employee.

I didnt know about the points I could redeem I figures this out by seeing them on my account. And when I wanted to use them apparently it's toward a massage or a facial but I'm already paying a membership for... lastly the price increase of 10 cad is a lot and I expect a higher value/service, it's 120 dollar increase per year.

The massage was slightly shorter than booked time. The front doors are covered in plywood. No options available for lotion used.
