Limited availability of preferred massage therapists. Option to book any therapist does not tell you the name of who was assigned. Have tried multiple therapists but only one was satisfactory.

Better reward system, takes too long to actually get a free massage or any discount back. Very annoying to not be able to reschedule or cancel appointments online.

I wish there were more female RMTs available. Also with more times in the evening and weekends. Maggie is amazing, she is my favourite.

I love the location of this spa and staff seems friendly. I really do think the rooms can use a more uplifting or relaxing makeover. I also feel the therapist should check in about the pressure applied. I have a hard time chiming in when a professional is doing their job but I would really appreciate if they ask for my feedback while they’re massaging.

The ventilation in my massage room was too loud and not very relaxing.

The clinic could be more warmly lit. Time will tell some I've only been once. Massage budget is limited and prices have gone up

Service was very good

Overall my experience at hand and stone is pleasant. I wouldnt say there was anything wrong but there are things that can definitely be improved

Female therepists are limited at the location and weekend or weeknight options are very limited for me working 9-5 every weekday

Please supply more hot towels (atleast 2-3?) this is common at other salons. Will also help to relax better.
