The massage therapist could have used better oils and spent a bit more time on the concerned area. It would also be helpful if the room is the available we change and get ready to save time later on.

Overall I’m satisfied, but massage is a subjective experience and I would expect my RMT to initiate more check-ins during the session about my experience, such as massaging pressures, physically feelings of certain areas of focus, and so on.

In general, it was a nice experience. It was also just my first ever massage, so I don't really have a vantage point to make a comparison. Hence satisfied.

I had an enjoyable experience at Hand and Stone. I had some difficulty booking after hour appointments (for a massage and facial) but I made it work. I will be continuing my membership.

The therapist I see here is excellent and the location is close to where I live but the pricing is not competitive. For my regular RMT, I spend $90, no tax. I am spending over $135 with HST for the same 50-mina massage. I use Hand & Stone when my regular therapist is unavailable and I cannot wait for the next available appointment (ex. flareups). I would be more likely to recommend if it were not for the cost. The subscription packages do not work with my work schedule, as it can be months before I am available again. Promotional deal thats like the initial treatment would incentivize me to book more frequently (ex. every 6-8 weeks instead of every 10-12 weeks).
