I had a very average experience. Nothing exceptional about the spa itself. My first time at this brand and expected more of a spa-like experience instead of a "clinical" one. My RMT was very good though.

Overall I am satisfied

We started a bit late and ended a few minutes early. Hard to find an appointment available for when I wanted by to think that is bec the massage therapist is very good.

I was satisfied. There wasn’t anything out of the ordinary to make it highly satisfied

The rooms felt quite cramped and there was no music playing until 15mins before my session ended. Awkward silence. The table felt a bit too stiff/hard.

I booked 2 services in the same day. As a new client I was unaware of any package deals to purchase to save me money. The first person who I was dealing with, did not inform me, as I was waiting for my massage, and decided to add on a Facial the same day. It wasn't until I was checked out by the second employee at the front desk who went over the promotions for me to save Money. She had to refund, and bill be again in order for me to obtain the savings.

I’m confused…. I was very satisfied with my experience. I do not know why it is asking why I was not highly satisfied….?

Always accommodating, always satisfying service.

The cost is still a bit high, and I’ve tried several RMTs it seems the quality isn’t very consistent.

Availability with preferred therapists is low and also so many less availability on weekends and evenings. Difficult for people who work on weekdays.
