I feel that when I’m going in for a massage it should actually be 60 minutes and not 15 minutes extra 10 minutes could easily be working on me even if there’s a two or three minute delay the bottom line is I don’t like that it’s 15 minutes and that’s my problem because it should be 60 minutes.

Music during the massage would have been a nice addition. Would like to know more about how the hot stones are sanitized. Would have liked less speaking during massage

I was advised to reach out by emailing regarding cancellation of my membership but I have not been able to find an email ID that accepts incoming mails neither is anyone picking up the call. I get my services from Dan Leckie location. Secondly, as a member I had credits available from April (4/13). However, I have been charged upon my recent visit in May (5/13). I need this amount reversed i.e. $101.64 against already available credit. It was communicated during the recent visit too. I was to pay for only additional duration worth $16.95. Please let me know regarding resolution of both the matters (membership cancellation & refund).

For the most part highly satisfied. Just compared to other spas within the same price range / locations, it wii oh ups be nice if it was quieter, less chatting, if aromatherapy was included. Also , direct billing would be so much better. But I will still come back again!

I've received my receipt with the wrong name listed on it. I also was suggested a membership without being told I would be charged monthly until after I had signed up.

Its nearby, its convenient - not the best ambiance - kinda small outdated looking interior. The masseurs are good though. The linen seems worn out. The rooms are really small.
