The therapist I see here is excellent and the location is close to where I live but the pricing is not competitive. For my regular RMT, I spend $90, no tax. I am spending over $135 with HST for the same 50-mina massage. I use Hand & Stone when my regular therapist is unavailable and I cannot wait for the next available appointment (ex. flareups). I would be more likely to recommend if it were not for the cost. The subscription packages do not work with my work schedule, as it can be months before I am available again. Promotional deal thats like the initial treatment would incentivize me to book more frequently (ex. every 6-8 weeks instead of every 10-12 weeks).

I had a very average experience. Nothing exceptional about the spa itself. My first time at this brand and expected more of a spa-like experience instead of a "clinical" one. My RMT was very good though.

We started a bit late and ended a few minutes early. Hard to find an appointment available for when I wanted by to think that is bec the massage therapist is very good.

The rooms felt quite cramped and there was no music playing until 15mins before my session ended. Awkward silence. The table felt a bit too stiff/hard.

I booked 2 services in the same day. As a new client I was unaware of any package deals to purchase to save me money. The first person who I was dealing with, did not inform me, as I was waiting for my massage, and decided to add on a Facial the same day. It wasn't until I was checked out by the second employee at the front desk who went over the promotions for me to save Money. She had to refund, and bill be again in order for me to obtain the savings.
