I believe just in terms of value. Not sure if i'd spend 135 on face massage regulary if I did not have a coupon or a discount. Staff was great so no issues there.

The head rest on the massage table wasn't comfortable. My face was pressing into a hard portion the entire time. My masseuse tried to adjust it, but it kept ending up hurting my face.

I could feel the massage therapist's own muscles shaking from fatigue. Felt like a back rub mixed in with pinching small knots .

It was great, and I really liked my massage therapist. We had a bit of a miscommunication that prevented me from getting my head massage, but that's on me as much as her. I would book with her again!

As I mentioned earlier, the head piece of the table was wobbly, the cover kept moving and there as a metal piece that was uncomfortably jabbing into my face. I also do not appreciate that the receptionist asks how much I would like to tip the RMT in front of other patrons, this is my second time here and the second time this has happened. My massage and RMT were amazing. I just find it extremely awkward being asked the amount I would like to tip out loud in the waiting room and having to give an amount in front of other people.

I came in for a massage, not facial. I booked a 60 min session. Wish it was longer!

It was a good massage. The room was clean and the massage therapist was friendly and paid attention to my needs. The reception staff was also pleasant to deal with and resulted in me signing up for a membership and future treatment at the spa.

It is tough to get %100 I had one young masseuse that wasn't up to the others standards. I had one female masseuse that didn't even work my arms and hands. She also got me 5 minutes late and ended on time. I let it go.

I didn’t come in for a facial, rather a massage. These questions were specific to an esthetician
