Therapist was a bit brisk but massage was good; treatment room was bit cluttered

Massage price has become that expensive that I am not able to leave a top for the therapist even if I was specifically asked for it. Also, it is more expensive than what my insurance covers.

Could have worked the area of concern more. Wasn’t enough pressure in the are. Needed more focus on the back area of concern more specifically

I need extra padding on the face holder part of the massage table to feel comfortable. Symone adds another cushion but it’s just a poor design that needs replacing as I am never 100% comfortable on the table

Overall my experience with Hand & Stone has been great with excellent staff that are knowledgeable about their services. The prices or discounts could be better but aside from that I have no complaints!

I didn’t like that I was asked out loud if I wanted to tip the RMT or not… put a lot of pressure for me to tip when it’s not mandatory. I didn’t mind tipping, but I didn’t like being asked out loud and put on the spot. Would rather complete my own transaction on the machine.
