It is tough to get %100 I had one young masseuse that wasn't up to the others standards. I had one female masseuse that didn't even work my arms and hands. She also got me 5 minutes late and ended on time. I let it go.

I didn’t come in for a facial, rather a massage. These questions were specific to an esthetician

Sam is great! I continue to request her for facials.

I understand H&S is slightly different from other RMT locations. However, for RMT services a tip is usually not asked for at the time of payment. For example, we do not tip our doctors or physiotherapists for their services.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My aesthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to the concerns I had with my skin. I left with my skin looking refreshed.

Receptionist left the waiting area while I waited there alone. He did not greet me by name nor did he smile. Overall, he was not pleasant.

Price is very high compared to membership. Appointment started 5minutes late, but did keep length. Gratuity should be private and not announced upon paying.

Chandra was great and paid attention to the area I mentioned were problematic. It was a very relaxing massage.

The pillow kept moving around with Velcro sounds and my head just couldn’t rest comfortably. The bed itself felt very cheap compared to a different location I went to. The therapist - George - was fantastic.

No handicap access to the fascility. Receptionist was there but just watched us going through the hardship in order to get in. My wife was pushing her walker and I was holding her with one hand and managing the door with other. My wife has a serious balance issue and has to be held to avoid the fall. Being a health fascility shall be equipped with handicap door opener. Disappointing. Thanks.
