My RMT was fantastic!

The table was cold and hard. There were no nice smells to add to the relaxing spa environment.

I am satisfied with the service, emily is great.

The staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. My massage therapist knows my body well and always concentrate on the areas that she knows that are painful to me. And will adjust if I have a new areas that is bothering me.

Waited in the receptionist area- my appointment was for 8:30, didn’t get called in until around 8:40. By the time I settled into the room and was ready for the massage it was around 8:43 start. I paid for the extra time to have an hour massage, but it was still done by 9:30. Ran out of blankets which was fine but still not a pleasant first experience.

I went in for an eyebrow waxing. While I enjoyed the service, I do find it is a bit on the pricier side for what it is.

Esthetician was good but the facial itself was just ok. No head or shoulder massage that you get with all other facials.

I’ve been noticing in my last few visits that the appointments tend to start late and end a bit early, but it was closer to the correct time this time around. However, when I arrived this time, I’m not sure if there is an expectation for the massage therapist to come out on time or if the receptionist is responsible for letting them know the client has arrived, so I waited until the massage therapist came out a couple minutes after the start time. More communication would be helpful regarding expectations of the appointment starts after the start time.

Your therapists are always amazing. However, You raised the price without notice! I never received notification of price change! This is very disappointing
