I’m only getting to know my HS location so until I spend more time there Highly Satisfied doesn’t apply. Also I’m not aware of male oriented products available Otherwise I really enjoy my massages from Moe!

The price has become a lot.

I think that the place and the decor look ordinary therefore would explain why I felt satisfied and not highly satisfied. This is it.

When I got there the receptionist was not there and I had to wait a few minutes. During the massage, the therapist used an electric heating pad instead of a hot towel or something else. The electric heating pad felt harsh on my skin. The room felt dusty when I went in and the bed felt cold/moist when I entered.

My experience was very good when it comes to booking an appointment, scheduling and then welcome. I even immediately booked for my wife and she did the next day. Emily was very nice to chat and gave a good massage. This was my first time so I have nothing to compare but I felt relaxed. I am not sure what is expected more, but my over all first experience of RMT was good.

I think there is always room for improvement and so I did not mark highly satisfied. Although I do find that every visit meets expectations and I find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. It is usually a great experience. My only issue with the website is that I wish there was a "book now" button on the main page of the website, that would potentially drive me to the location available and then I could be directed more easily. Otherwise, all is good!

I was most satisfied with the amount of time my therapist spent on my most painful areas. And the pressure was fantastic.

Esthetician is ok. However, I felt that she didn’t really look thoroughly on what she has to extract. It seems that I have to direct her where to check to thoroughly ensure that she addresses every part that needs to be checked. I did underarm waxing as well and I felt that she didn’t know what she was doing. She applied the wax then applied the wax strip then remove it but had trouble removing the wax paper. Everything was still sticking so she has to apply new wax and redo again. It felt like she peel off my skin. I was considerate and didn’t mind at first as it might just really be the skin or wax but I did said ouch as it did hurt. When she did the 2nd one, it was the same incident. So now I have to talk and told her that I think the issue is if she applied the wax downwards, she must remove the wax strip the opposite way and this might be the issue why the wax was still sticking and won’t come off. She did it again and do what I exactly told her. Mind you, she knew that she should be pulling it the opposite way of how she apply the wax but after telling her that, the process was more smoother and painless. I do know as I do waxing myself as well and it’s not the first time.

I took an appointment for a facial on phone a week ago. The person I spoke to confirmed it verbally. I did not receive an email confirmation. I went to Hand and Stone Dan Leckie at my appointment time and was told that I did not have an appointment! This was a huge inconvenience and loss of time, very non professional and disappointing. Later after a week I scheduled another appointment online since I had credits remaining, there were no issues with scheduling this time.

This was my first visit, needed to leave room for improvement. Ryan, the masseuse, was great and Hayley, the manager who also welcomed and handled my care at reception, provided exceptional personalized care of me during my first visit - her warmth and enthusiasm are invigorating - I felt an instant connection. Thanks.
